Orders from local sellers
If you have placed an order from a seller who is located in the same country as you, the product will be delivered within 15 working days.
Orders from International sellers
If you have placed an order from a seller in a different country as you, the product is expected to be delivered within 60 working days
Please send us an email with your claim of return at info@heystands.com providing video or photo evidence along with order number and as much details as possible. Our team will analyse the claim in detail and get in touch with you via email. Please note that return claim must be within 20 days of the purchase.
